Happy Hour

On Friday, March 12, the St. George Basketball Teams will be holding a fundraiser at the St. George Gym. Proceeds will be used for the upcoming participation in the State Tournament! It's an adults-only event and the cost is $10 per ticket, which includes beer. Bring your own snacks. Happy Hour starts at 6 p.m. and goes until the party is over. Have some fun and come out and support the Lancer ballplayers and cheerleaders.

 

Buffalo Wild Wings Fundraiser

 

On Tuesday, March 16, all players, students, families and fans are invited to participate in a St. George Fundraiser event at Buffalo Wild Wings (2099 Interchange Rd). Everyone is invited to gather from 11pm to 9pm or “whenever you can make it” for lunch, dinner, or carryout. On this day, 15% of all food purchases accompanied by this certificate will be donated to St. George Lancers Athletic Department.

 

  

Boys Win Disocesan Championship, Advance to State Playoffs!

On  Tuesday, March 2, the St. George Boys defeated St. Patricks of Franklin 47-18 to win the Erie Diocsesan Championship. They now advance to the state playoffs being held March 19-21 in Harrisburg.

Playoff Results

On Sunday, Feb. 28, the St. George Varisty Boys defeated St. Joseph's of Mercer County 63-28 in the semifinals of the Erie Diocesan Tournament. 

On Wednesday, Feb. 25, the St. George Varsity Boys defeated St. Peter's 55-21 to win Erie Region Catholic grade schools championship. Here's the Times News article on the game.
