Welcome Note from Student Council
Welcome from the 2014-2015 St. George School Student Council!
Hello from the 2014-2015 Student Council! As student council, our main goals are to guide the student body, promote responsibility, leadership, and citizenship among the students, connect the school to the community, and give all students the voice they deserve. Our Student
Council provides and creates harmony between the faculty, staff, student body, and community. This year's Student Council consists of 15 students ranging from 6th to
8th grade along with our supervisor, Miss Lafaro, and our principal, Mr. Neubauer.
This year's 6th grade representatives are Christopher Mancuso, Taylor Francis, and
Gianna Maggio. The 7th grade representatives are Luke Misko, Olivia Mraz, and
Mariah Gammon. The 8th grade representatives are Robert Maholic, Franklin Steele,
Emilee Landis, and Rylee Shumaker. The current officers serving on Student Council
are as follows: Treasurer Jake Easly, Secretary Jared Lichtinger, Website Coordinator Brenden Allgeier, Vice President Michael Borowicz, and President Gabe Gallagher.
As Student Council, we select projects that correspond with the school and community's
wants and needs. Some of the projects we take on are the Food Campaign, the Thanksgiving Food Drive, the Valentine's candy gram sales, and the Halloween door decorating contest, among many others. We are here to serve, so don't hesitate to let us know your needs or concerns.
HAVE A GREAT SCHOOL YEAR!
